LONG steel wire rope for conveyor belt in accordance with GB/T 12753 national standard, Long enterprise standard can be the original Goodyear product standard or Continental product standard, product characteristics are mainly shown as follows:
1. High breaking tension, strength grade above 2260MPa
2. High zinc layer level and density, strong corrosion resistance;
3. High surface cleanliness, high adhesion with rubber;
4. Open structure design, increase the contact area with rubber, improve the bonding strength;
5. Soft structure of wire rope, good fatigue resistance;
6. Large elastic modulus, low structural elongation, small extension after the conveyor belt is stressed;
7. Lightweight design, reduce the cost of steel wire rope.
