Virtual clothing is welcome to be used in virtual-fitting-room in the store so that visitors can try on different clothes to check whether they would like to buy. Also, it’s welcome to be used in museums so that visitors can experience the other occupations that the museum side wants them to participate in, such as firefighter, nurse, or police officer. Augmented reality clothing is also used to experience a different culture in different countries. Wearing the particular cloth of that nation, supposing you become a resident, taking photos, then sharing them on social media.
We can use KINECT or an ordinary USB camera as the sensor to capture players’ motion. The players can operate the software by using their gestures naturally. Not only do we provide live shots, but we also remove the background without needing green physical background. We have made two versions: 3D and 2D version. We have completed 120 plus kinds of 3D model clothing for the 3D version for buyers to select directly. Wearing virtual cloth with a 3D version on the body is more real and natural, but it needs bespoke 3D cloth models. However, for the 2D version, you can add PNG clothing images as the cloth template specified in the system to the software, which can load automatically. Indeed, it’s more like a cloth picture putting on the body.
